Shengzhou economy and trade develop zone was established in 1994, and locate in north of the city. It has developed to a large scale zone with 76 enterprises. Thermoelectricity，paper making，knitting，dress are main industry. The gross industrial production in 1999 is 22 hundreds million yuan.
